Kamalnishtha Sansthan was established in 1996–97 in Kolsiyas, Jhunjhunu (Rajasthan) with a vision to empower rural communities through education, livelihood development, and social upliftment. Inspired by freedom fighters Late Kolu Singh and Choudhary Begaram, the organization began as a grassroots initiative dedicated to strengthening village-level capacities and promoting dignity and opportunity for all.
Over the years, the institution has expanded its reach to support children, women, differently-abled individuals, artisans, farmers, youth and marginalized families through structured programs. With FCRA approval and registration under the Rajasthan Societies Act, the Sansthan continues to work towards sustainable rural transformation.
Education has been at the heart of Kamalnishtha Sansthan’s mission. From Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) to NIOS-supported learning, scholarships, library facilities, and digital learning support, our programs ensure that rural children receive strong educational foundations.
The Sansthan also promotes sustainable development through literacy programs, awareness campaigns, and vocational training, enabling communities to gain knowledge, skills, and confidence. Our initiatives focus on improving learning outcomes, reducing dropouts, nurturing young leaders, and ensuring every child has equal opportunities to grow.
Our community initiatives cover a wide spectrum of developmental needs. These include operating “Kamalvani 90.4 FM” community radio for awareness, supporting women empowerment through craft training, skill development under Atmanirbhar Women programs, and promoting environmental conservation through water harvesting and sanitation campaigns.
We also run livelihood programs for youth, provide financial literacy workshops, assist differently-abled individuals with training and inclusion, and organize awareness sessions on health, legal rights, and community welfare. These diverse initiatives are designed to create long-term social impact and empower families at every level.
Kamalnishtha Sansthan has received numerous recognitions for its contribution to rural development. Awards such as “Dharti Putra” (2014) for agricultural outreach and “Van Vistarak” for forestry initiatives reflect our commitment to environmental sustainability.
We collaborate with prominent institutions including UNICEF, CEMCA/DST, KVIC, IGNOU, various Government of India ministries, and multiple NGOs. Through these partnerships, we expand our outreach in sectors like education, livelihood, health, environment, community radio broadcasting, and youth empowerment. Our exhibitions, workshops, and training sessions continue to inspire innovation and community participation.
